.......... No they are taught pretty standard things.. Its our current culture.. But yet again you have given us no reason why condoms shouldn't handed out.. Your ignoring the fact that teens are still going to have sex regardless of the consquences.. Its best they easy access to contraception have the education to know how TO use that contraception if they decide to do that.. They don't have to but many do even when they know the consquences..

I guess schools shouldn't provide food either - wouldn't want to encourage kids to get fat.
Kids (theoretically) will be having sex outside of school. So the comparison is rather immaterial.
