He's an opportunistic carpet bagger, IMO, and I'd trust him as far as I could throw the state of UtahxaosAre we talking about the man that took corruption out of the 2002 Winter Olympics and has been married for like 39 years? Sounds like he's taking advantage of people.

Sounds like he's taking advantage of people. Well, you asked and I answered; sorry if you don't like the answer. As to how long he's been married, I could care less. I'll just add a Massachusetts' senator's observation that: "The real Romney is clearly an extraordinarily ambitious man with no perceivable political principle whatsoever. He is the most intellectually dishonest human being in the history of politics."
No I don't like Mormons or any religous nutsjdc6305
You don't like Mormons...?
Also Romney is not a religious nut. I don't like him per se, but he's my favorite out of the remaining candidates.

Yeah, that about sums it up.
Mitt has three views on any one subject depending on what sex, color, and religion the audience is.

Thats just what I believe. We all know that he will bring religion into politics just like Bush has with his Evangelical beliefs.

So the reason he doesn't want certain faiths in his administration is why then?
Well you believe wrong. You're thinking of Huckabee, not Romney. What would you like, an atheist president?B05T0N
Maybe your belief is wrong. I don't care if the president is atheist or not. All I want is a president who isn't going too bring his religion into politics and into how the country is run.

I'm not wrong, bud. Romney isn't a nutcase religious freak. The fact that he's Mormon is irrelevant. I said it in another thread and I'll say it again--I'm Jewish. Would I not vote for a Christian because of what their religion entails? Absolutely not.

I dont think Mormans are nuts, nor do I have personal problems with them.
But they are some of the most loyal to their religion people I have EVER met. This is America, we dont need or benefit from conservative people.
Don't get me wrong... mormons are nice people... just creepy... like androids...
wow... that was probably sectist...
No, because I know too many Mormons and too much about that religion. I don't trust him.Insane00
exactly. I cant point anything wrong with their religion, but here are some examples of the craziness:
1. A girl I knew in high school (she was 15 at the time) was hooked up with a 26 year old...by her parents.
2. A friend of mine in college got converted by his girlfriend to mormanism, and when got married his parents couldnt enter the church to see their son get married.
3. They have canned food drives, but not for the poor. No, each family needs to meet a certain paramter of canned food in case the end of the world comes.
4. I once said "god dammit" in high school english class and was assaulted by the Mormon girl sitting next to me lol. It was pretty funny now that I think about it. She flew across the desk with this fanatical look in here eyes.
Hell no. He has dumb ideas. I wouldn't want a mormon President either, to me that's even worse than a Christian president. There's also this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDwwAaVmnf4.Darth_Tyrev
