No. No evidence of them and therefore cannot believe in them. You can however believe there is a high probability of them being somewhere out there.

Yes I do. It's weird that we haven't seen them.

Maybe they are in another universe...

I believe evil inter-dimensional Reptilians rule the world, using illuminati bloodline humans as host bodies, and use them to shape shift from human to reptilian. Alot of high up elite people are shape shifters such as the Queen, Obama, David Cameron, ect. When the human host dies dos not mean the reptilian dies, the reptilian moves on to a different host. We was created as a slave species by an ancient reptilian race known as the Annunaki, they where the ancient aliens. They hide occult knowledge from us and hide the truth from us in order to control us for their own agenda, they are very ritualistic, and perform satanic rituals to control us. They manufacture wars on purpose for ritual sacrifice, and it creates allot of fear. If you are in a very low vibration state a fear sucker would be able to suck your fear, and maybe even possess you. They created religion, money, and are in control of the mainstream science community, they want us to be divided so we are easier to control and so therefore we can't see our real enemies, the real problem with this world, our leaders. It a system designed for a war on conscience.

Considering the size and scale of the universe, there is bound to be some other form of intelligent life out there. I am sure that most of those planets with life on them host advanced life forms like animals, but no "civilization" type life, and then a small percentage of life-infested planets have intelligent life like ours.

The universe is so incredibly huge, and it is for that reason that I believe other advanced civilizations are out there.....

.....and it is for that same reason, that I believe they have never been anywhere near Earth, our Solar System, let alone our Galaxy. The universe IS so huge, that in the search for other intelligent life, I doubt that they have made much more progress than we have.

You could word the question better.

Do I believe in life outside of Earth, being from whether it be microbiological life or evolved intelligent life, sure. In our seemingly infinite universe there probably exists other worlds where life exists.

Now, whether I believe in these flying saucers and home shot videos depicting UFOs that move around the sky like a bug flying erratically around an outdoor light, no. I think if alien life meant to make meaningful contact with the peoples of Earth we'd know it.

The question is kind of vague. I was watching a youtube presentation about Enceladus and one of the scientist help define the definition of alien.

Alien is any lifeform that does not share the same genealogy. For example, humans, dogs, insects, frogs, fish, bacteria, Musa plants, or algae share a genetic ancestry. Life found on Enceladus would more then likely would not share any kind of ancestry to life we know on Earth, there fore its alien.

There are 200 billion stars in the Milky Way, there is a high probability there is alien life elsewhere in the galaxy other then Earth.

Yeah i do..

I saw one new documentary the other day , you can watch it on youtube called alien planets revealed. They send a big scope in the universe aiming only on a tiny part of our galaxy because they cant do otherwise ... they found ... 4,5 million STARS , a very tiny part of our galaxy youll see there if you check documentary.

There are way more planets to be discovered around there ( which is really hard but doable ) , yet they found similar to earth planets among others. Life on space is 100% possible and i beleive in aliens as much as i beleive im a human being ! Now do they look like the movies , do they have spaceships and all these fancy stuffs. Thats a mystery but are there aliens somewhere ? 100% i beleive there are.

Except 5 of the 6 elements considered most necessary for life make up way less than 1 percent of the universe. But most importantly it does not at all imply that there is a high probability of aliens. There are simply too many variable (unknown and unknown) to determine a probability with any degree of confidence.

@lamprey263: @Master_Live: @master live why be smart ass about it, it's a simple question, some people don't believe in alien life and they think we are just the lucky ones, the one in a million billion so to speak. @lamprey yeh I could have worded the question differently but I think people get what I mean. Also what about the ancient human drawings that seem to show visitors from space and flying saucers, it seems we were spotting UFOS even way back then.

@Kevlar101: when I think of aliens I think of humanoid type form, big dark eyes, mouth you know the typical alien stereo type, then I try and think how they would live, would they think like us, would they be as intelligent as us, do they communicate with each other, stuff like that, then I think we are human we communicate we think, we do a lot of shit, we breath and drink and eat,we create technology, but maybe that's just the human way of life, would all intelligent life have to be similar to ours, we only know life as we know it, but maybe there's another way of life aliens live that is nothing like ours in the slightest. Maybe some alien life is just a mass of energy, or a gas cloud or liquid form. Do you reckon this is possible?

Yes, of course.

The odds that they would be humanoid are almost zero. It would be some freaky shit.

There are billions of galaxies, each containing billions of star systems. Then there are the trillions of rogue planets creating heat through volcanic activity. Of course I believe that there are aliens someplace else in the universe...

Think of all the forms that life takes. Really, think about it.

The odds that advanced life would ever form on a planet is already low as shit, so the odds that the ones that do form would look generally humanoid are even smaller. They could look like those freaks in the remake of The War Of The Worlds for fucks sake:

And God help us if they DO look anything like that....

Then again....

This is pretty repulsive too.

Bottom line: If there are intelligent species other than our own, they probably look anything BUT humanoid.

Intelligent life has really only taken one form that we know of. And it's no coincidence. Intelligent life is likely to develop on a relatively similar path as us. A simple example, predators in many cases has to be smarter than their prey, strategize with their flock etc. instead of just running away. They also have their eyes pointing forwards instead of outwards, as many prey have to be able to see behind them if a predator is coming. Humans have their eyes pointing forward, coincidence? Intelligent life is likely to have eyes pointing forward. A huge part of our evolutionary development is centred around intelligence. Is a technologically advanced alien more likely to have hands or hoofs? What facilitates building stuff, 2 legs or 4 legs?

Those are fantasy creatures. How is the first one even able to stand? How is anything able to give birth to a thing like that? The third one is probably not very intelligent if you look at the brain to body proportions.

Also since we're one observation from some distribution it is more probable that we ended up as an average expected form of life rather than an abnormal form. There are probably more intelligent species relatively similar to us than relatively different.

First off, you are taking me too literally. I was not saying that the aliens I pictured are exactly what real aliens would look like. I was merely giving an example of what I meant by "non-humanoid."

Also, you must take into account that the world they live on may be quite different than ours. What if they aren't Carbon-based organisms? What if their planet is a harsh environment, and the aliens are in the form of energy clouds? You are thinking to relative. Think outside the box instead. You cannot assume that conditions on their planet are just like ours, things could be entirely different in their climates, thus, the aliens themselves are very different in appearance.

The possibility of extra-terrestrial life? Most certainly.

The actual existence of alien lifeforms that have "visited" Earth? LOL

The possibility of extra-terrestrial life? Most certainly.

The actual existence of alien lifeforms that have "visited" Earth? LOL

@themajormayor: maybe intelligent alien life don't have eyes maybe they don't hunt prey and eat food like we need to, like I said there whole way of life is nothing like life as we know it. So why would they need to build things, to build things is a human trait. They could be highly intelligent at one with the universe able to manipulate matter with a thought, able to travel vast distances across space using the universes own waves current or whatever. When it comes to possible alien life the possibilities are endless. Use your immagination.

You can believe all you want, but that doesn't mean they are real..

I have no reason to believe in aliens, until there is tangible evidence.

In other words, do I believe in the existence of life elsewhere in the universe?

Yes I do.
