Ok today my girls friend had her ex break into her house two times today. The police took over 20 mins the 1st call and the 2nd time over 30 mins. I came the 2nd time and he was there I had him out in his underwear in under 2 mins. I came in the house with my carry pointed it at him and told him to leave. Before I got there they had two ladies next door and some old guy from down the block outside and he told them to f-off.

Ladies if you can get a gun cause the police show up when they want and take a report. If the man or woman wants to harm you then the police will just call the meat wagon. Right now they want her to take time off from work to get a order of protection. Pretty sure this paper ain't gong to scare anybody and the cops will show up when they feel like it. I am taking her to the gun store on friday and this woman hates guns. When she came over before she made a comment that guns were bad and she had no use for them. She tried to talk my girl out of going to the range with me and said I was turning my girls son into a killer.

Now today she is my best friend and wants to buy her own gun and come to the gym and learn some self defense. She told my girl I was a great guy I found that comment funny because before she thought I was scary.

Never saw a gun unlock the safe and shoot anybody but have seen people with a gun that could not hit a moving target 15-20 feet away. It is not the weapon it is the person with the weapon the makes the choice on what the weapon does.

Never been a fan of carrying a semi-auto pistol for CCW. Most are too big and those that aren't don't carry the kind of stopping power that I want. My .38 would put someone down nicely if I ever had to use it.

If I had to carry a semi-auto it'd probably be a S&W Bodyguard.

An unloaded gun is about as dangerous as my chair.

If you keep your guns loaded at all time you're a fool. The only gun in your house that should be loaded is the one you use for self defense.

I don't keep my rifle loaded, no point. If somebody broke into my house I would just use it as a club instead of an actual rifle.

I have no reason to own any real guns, except for recreational shooting maybe, which I have an air rifle for.

Are you planning on getting a conceal to carry permit? If not then you shouldn't bother with a subcompact.
