Do you prefer anime in English or Japenese??

I handle that on a case by case basis.

There are some animes in which I prefer to read subtitles but, in the case of Hellsing where the voice acting in the dub was exceptional (especially Crispin Freeman's Alucard), I prefer to listen to the dubbed voices.

It really depends on the show. Stuff like trigun, hellsing, and cowboy bebob sound infinitly better in english, but stuff like bleach and Naruto are hands down better in Japanese. (I can't even listen to Naruto in english because the voice acting is so bad)
