Do you respect people more with higher post count?

Not automatically. Some folks believe in quantity or quality; how can you have respect for a lack of effort just for the sake of a high number next to your username?

the only guys i could EVER see as "posting gods" are double_decker, jakeboudeville and fastesttruck, D_D with almost 120k and jake with 98k, i think, no one else deserves this "honour (if you can call it that)

No, it's more like the opposite, no offence to those with high post counts. Those who are high levels like in their 40s or 50s with post counts around 4000 are the users I respect.

When people have a high post count, they're responses tend to be more mature and intelligent. so I probably do respect them more.

post counts don't really mean much to me, i care more about the contents of the post. i've seen ppl with brand new accounts with much higher posts then mines and i've been here since early 2006. some ppl post just to be posting... which can be viewed as a bad or good thing. imo, it depends on the poster.

There should be a not after the could or could should be couldn't. I say we banish him for the misuse of the phrase.
