I don't understand the concept of how some words can be morally wrong to say but due to stigma surrounding "swear words," I have not said any in years. However, that is not to say that I am not against crude and vain talk which may or may not include swear words. In regards to that, I do fail in that regard but almost never in front of my family.
I keep it PG in front of my parents ... I only say the s-word and b-word in front of them, never the f-word or c-word. Heck, my 3 year old nephew's nickname is ****head.
If we are arguing, sometimes I let a **** out (S word). Sometimes my mom comes upstairs and hears me say the F word and she comes in and says "Hey! Watch your mouth!"... Ok mom :lol:
Sometimes I'll accidentally say something like "****!" while they're around me, but I never swear AT them. My mom get super pissed at me still though, hahaha.
Yes, practically all the time. We're a really laid back family. No one gives a crap because we all realise that it's just a bunch of meaningless words that we use to enhance or humourize a sentence.
I'm German, basic swearing is a normal part of our language. We do it on TV, we do it at school, we do it in front of our parents/children. No big deal.
Oh crap.. looking at these responses... Well yes I do.. I never say "**** You", but I use it like "oh ffs" and "you're not ****ing serious are you"? in front of them.. I respect my parents a lot btw..
