Does anybody know anyone who is openly g@y?

My roommate is actually with his boyfriend right when I opened this thread. Oh, and an ex of mine was a lesbian. Another friend of mine revealed that he was bi. I know someone else who is a lesbian.

A friend of mine came out gay in college and told me he loved me. Since I'm straight it kinda ruined any friendship cause things were just awkward.

There was a gay guy in my class in high-school. He scared the crap outta me when he walked into the girls' washroom.:|

If you're too afraid to actually just type gay then you should leave this board. Take a break for a few years... then come backmunu9

Just seems like once you get out of grade school, whether or not a person is gay tends to become pretty ****ing irrelevant.

So it kind of boggles the mind that there are actually adults who openly hate gays. And it sort of boggles the mind that we actually have elected officials who make discrimination against gays part of their platform. I mean, Jesus. For the vast majority of people, whether or not other people are gay stopped being relevant in fifth grade.

I was surfing my old friend's facebook page yesterday and it said she was interested in women, and I was just like o___o

She never came out (or at least, not to me, but we haven't been close in years), but it was kind of weird. Not unexpected, but just weird.

No, I don't care if a gay person is like that. He annoys me because he took Design & Tech 2 just to sit there and listen to music while on his myspace when someone who does work could have had the spot.

My cousin is openly gay and my family treats him good. After all, he's a cool guy.

Although my aunt, his mom, began to cry when he came out, but eventually accepted.

It's understandable. Gay people are only - what? - 10% of the population? They want more buddies and get jealous when they have to share!

It's just incredibly ironic to me.

I have several gay and bisexual friends who dont really care what people think of it. They get treated normally as far as I know.

My brother is bi and I treat him no differently than I would if he was straight.

freshman year of high school is gonna be hellish if your gay but evertually (around 11th grade) people start maturing a bit and wont bother you if youre gay but some people might still avoid you.

cuz my highschool is somewhat homophobic. meaning gay kids might get jumped everyday after school.
