I don't really watch it by choice, but it's always on at my house because my dad is a diehard fan. I'll occasionally watch it with him. He's originally from the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, so, naturally, he's a Philadelphia Flyers fan...and so am I.

I'm from Georgia.... so i used to back the Thrashers!:oops:... but i've given up on that! :lol: So i don't really have a favorite NHL team right now! :cry:
I also enjoy some of the minor league hockey as well! We have an SPHL team in my hometown! They've switched leagues over the years! (CHL, ECHL, SPHL)
I wouldn't dream of watching such an asinine sport, not least because of potentially embedding someone elses hockey stick in my cranium, thus reducing my intellect to their level.

I can understand why Kovalchuk wants to leave.
In all honesty... he should leave! He has a lot of talent, and it deserves to be used!
I love hockey and my favorite NHL team is the Boston Bruins, but I actually watch college hockey more. I go to the University Of Maine, so it's the Black Bears for me!

Not a bandwagon fan, I started liking both teams when I went to a hockey game at the old Chicago Stadium with my step-dad. Nordiques vs Blackhawks, and I've been following them ever since. :) Sakic and Roy are definitely my favorite 2 players.

Yah I've liked Datsyuk for a while now, his ability to stick handle and create plays is amazing, not to mention he can deke like no other. Reminds some what of Sakic, quiet, but leads by example. Hawks are a real fun team to watch, so much talent, plus I have Kane and Versteeg on my fantasy team.

Redwings fan for life right here. Greatest Team Franchise in any sport. Most times going to the Playoffs in a row than any other sports team in any sport in history hell yea. I went to a Detroit and Dallas game in Dallas, and there were more Redwings jerseys than Stars hahahaa.

He had a lot of heart for the game, even if he was a cocky **** most of the time. :P He hated losing with a passion.
