I don't think there is that many LAPD cops, so far the cops he killed are not part of the LAPD. But maybe he can escape and take more hostages.

Why would Gamespot report me to the police? I don't plan on going to LA just to kill corruption/corrupt cop's. Dorner is fighting the good fight and is fighting for justice; he's killing corruption at It's very core.
