Yes, but clearly, this wont happen. For two reasons: one being there arent really many athiest tv shows out there. (im not talking about science shows, rather preaching shows) and two being that they arent so fanatic as to kill someone over it, where as relgious people are the most violent in history. With a few extreme exceptions.

Atheism isn't an ideology like religion often is. There's a difference.

Religion isn't responsible in this case, but it is a factor as this man was senselessly killed because of the fanaticism and obsession of these people.

I think you just won the internet.

Why am I not suprised that some aetheists would come out and use this as an example against religion. Contrary to the belief of some of these atheists, just because people are religious does not mean there is anything wrong with them nor does it mean they will commit a crime in the name of god. The ones that believe that there should belaws againstreligion are just as bad as the ones that kill in the name of religion.
