Pretty much half the stuff I make for myself, especially when adding a ton of extra cheese and seasoning. I've heard that some of my concoctions are nasty to look at but mostly they taste great and not just because I spent all that time making it. It genuinely tastes good to me. I love extra cheese on just about any food. I also like garlic and other seasonings. I don't really care how it looks as much as tastes. I also like rich foods, which means subtle hints of rosemary and thyme and all that b.s. that chefs talk about is out the window for me. Full flavored, extra cheese and seasoning.
