She deserves it.
Next time I'm talking to a cop I'll make sure my zipper is up, but then again I'm not a girl.:o

Well, I guess that's what you get for texting in class.I bet the cop that had to pull it out was happy.Theokhoth
with it being a female cop I see her being VERY happy at having to do that...
This is the same as the boy that took his teacher's apple. The teacher should not have called the cops over this. She now has a record thats gonna make it harder for her to get a good job. The teacher shoulda kicked her outta class.Hungry_JelloShe is a minor, she has no record that would impact getting a job.
Now, I may be completely wrong in assuming this, but isn't there an alternative hiding place that a girl has that would be more accomodating of an object such as a cell phone? Not to mention a lot less painful...Guppy507
All they had to do was ask her to speak and they would have found out it was in her mouth.

Umm for some funny reason I don't think the mouth was the implication..[QUOTE="Guppy507"]Now, I may be completely wrong in assuming this, but isn't there an alternative hiding place that a girl has that would be more accomodating of an object such as a cell phone? [QUOTE="entropyecho"]She will be the butt of quite a few jokes.Mr_LeonisShe's going to have to pull something out of her ass to avoid that traffic.
Talk about assimilation!
Really? Arresting her for texting? What's the crime? "Lying that you had a cell phone"? That's ridiculous, any 2 bit lawyer can get her off. I agree on some detention, maybe suspension...but being arrested? I've been busted texting in class when I was in high school, it's really not that serious.thebosshank
She was arrested for lying to the police. You know, obstruction of justice charges.
I hide things in my butt all the timeAnti-Venom
Is it a convenient hiding spot? It doesn't seem like it would be that accessible...

Completely asinine if you ask me.

It is hardly worth doing that to fight some wussy charge on a minor. That would cost far more than it is worth.

LMAO, If I was a lawyer I would take this case just for fun. Just to hear the judge say "......are you ******* kidding me? Charges dropped*
