What do you think of that? I wish the bus driver would have slapped her across her forehead. Little spoiled kid makes me sick.

yeah, the kid is spoiled, gotta feel sorry for the bus driverLed_poison
I saw that last night.
I hate girls like that..
old...but imo, the driver did not handle the situation responsibly.
I mean the kid was like 2 rows behind the driver and on her cell phone...but to refuse to let the kid off the bus...common...that can be considered Kidnapping or Forcible Confinement. And taking away the cell phone, that's Theft.DJ-PRIME90
I think the rules are the driver is not supposed to let the kid off its its not the kids original stop.
Stopped watching when the bus driver started wrestling with the girl. The Bus driver isnt allowed to do that, period.
Doesnt matter if the girl was being a **** if a buus driver grabbed my arms like that i'd probably push him/her, it, whatever, with bus drivers you cant tell.

I love how the girl's "friend" came to the front to support her, then completely backed away when the driver's daughter jumped in
Some friend...
[QUOTE="KLAX42"]Did she ever think of going out the back door? Stupid girl.EVOLV3
It's not as simple as that, the bus drivers are not autorised to dump ppl anywhere. She could lose her job if she dump that girl there and that girl get an accident right after it.
All of that could of been avoided if the Bus Driver let her off the bus.EVOLV3
Except not. The driver would have been fired for that.
This is pathetic. Where's the respect? I'm surprised anyone wants to be a bus driver anymore, the way they get treated.

I believe the bus drivers are required by law NOT to allow the students off the bus if it isn't their original stop unless a fire breaks out of the bus or that type of emergency. The bus driver was completely justified in what she did.

I agree that the driver went to the back of the bus to let the girl know she was talking too loud...but letting that continue...not very professional.DJ-PRIME90
actually the kid cannot get off the bus. If they do, then the school system would be responsible if anything happened. Thats why it is legal for the bus driver to make contact with the student and force them to sit down. Its the same logic behind why its ok for a flight attendent to punch the lights out of a disruptive passenger.
Good for the bus driver. And shame on that girl. She was being all smart, too "oh the camera is on" "ooh Im calling my mom" look at me , im clever bla blah
old...but imo, the driver did not handle the situation responsibly.bus drives would be fired if they let the kid off at the wrong stop ( probably what was happening) so if that was the case, the bus driver did the right thing.

I hate kids like her. Spoiled little brats that think they should get whatever they want. The driver motioned for her to sit down and she starts yelling she got punched. I just wish she was actually punched so she would have learned a lesson.
And I hope her phone got smashed. Her parents are the ones that probably paid for it anyway.
You would think they would let the girl off for the driver's own safety. She isn't 13 anymore. I'm sure she can get off the bus a little early.Thorpe89
