good bye Cartoon Network

well i just heard that cartoon network will not be showing cartoons all the time, in my opinion this just blows. i mean cartoon networkk was the bomb when i was little, all the great cartoons that use to come on were classic. even though the cartoons now are kinda stupid the network stilled showed cartoons all the time. IMO this is just stupid.

I believe I predicted this the other day. When a channel only shows 2 different shows ALL day long, it's a sign it's just about done. Same with Nick. They have like 2-3 shows that they show 3 hour blocks of. In their glory days, they had a different show, every single slot. They can still do that now, but don't for whatever reason. As said before, good riddance then. :roll:

I miss courage and the Ed, Edd, and Eddy gang. My two favorite shows to watch on cartoon network when I was a lil lad.

Well with Craig McCrakens new show that was supposed to be like "What A Cartoon" I thought they were taking a new direction. Eh... I hope they fall off finally.

The " Highlights " they mentioned don't sound like such to me... but then again I haven't watched them yet so I guess I shouldn't pre-judge.

A Ben 10 Live action?? Will it be like Power Rangers? Ah well at least Adult Swim is still on.

and mtv started sucking precisely at that point - so if anything that just underlies the suck here.

it matters because people expect it to be showing CARTOONS when they happen to switch to the CHANNEL.

I won't cry about it. Now there are so few new good cartoons worth emitting that I'm suprised that CN managed to hold on so long.

I don't know how they killed Cartoon Network so badly.

And why did they cancel Toonami in the first place.

Actually now that I think about it Adult Swim kinda killed Toonami, because they stopped putting actual animes with good characters and plots on Toonami and moved them to adult swim because they thought children wouldn't understand it well.

I'll admit when I was 6 I didn't understand everything that was going on in Gundam Wing, but the show was still one of my favorites.
