Um...you spelled UNFORGIVABLE incorrectly yesterday.
You spelled unforgivable "unforgivible".
Unforgivablahblahyada.
I see. One of my rare spelling mistakes apparently.

You also spelled a as aa in some post yesterday. Shows a lack of careful posting and laziness.[QUOTE="WhiteKnight77"]You also spelled a as aa in some post yesterday. Shows a lack of careful posting and laziness.I see. One of my rare spelling mistakes apparently.

Being that I am using my laptop to post from now and have been for the past 3 weeks, I do make a few more mistakes compared to when posting at home. It's part of being on the road to make a living. I do try to correct them before hitting the submit button, but a few still slip through. That is totally different than people who continually make the same spelling or grammar errors every time they post.

Sure sureHave a friend who does that when we speak sometimes, blames it on his mom being an English major. I can't think of anything more pathetic, then someone taking the time to actually go through entire post on websites, only to point out spelling mistakes.
It's even worse if the people on twitter who immediately disregard everything you say just for a simple "You used the wrong their/there" . Nothing more funnier than someone further demonstrating that their life is so empty that it needs justification to exist only to be a snide dolt.
It's enraging, funny, yet intriguing.

Well, in my opinion there's a big difference between when someone just makes a typo like accidentally hitting i instead of o or the other way around or the whole goddamn text is written by a 30 year old guy looking like it's been written in kindergarten.
Also, I'm not even a native english speaker (german btw...yeah funny regarding the topic title, huh :P ) , but everytime I see "could of" instead of "could have" I just wanna puke my guts out and scratch my eyes out. It's beyond me how something as simple as THAT can be written wrong at ALL.
But if there really indeed are people who browse through whole texts and websites just to correct others.....okay that's indeed pretty sad :|
Do you know what I find funny? People who don't think grammar is important. It is no wonder the English language is devolving into a series of single-syllabic sounds.Zeviander
[QUOTE="ScorpionTroll"]Maybe the person is in a hurry? Is it that hard to hit the "check spelling" button?I don't know, when I go to a thread and see repeated and blatant spelling errors I start to question things.

And if you ARE in a hurry, aren't there MORE IMPORTANT things to do then than posting in a forum mostly centering around free time activities? FREE time... o.OJustforvisitThen don't post it? A poorly structured post can be misleading, confusing or misrepresent your position.

Annoys me, they have nothing relevant to post in the topic and just go herp derp you did not spell this word collectly. This is a gaming forum, where you quickly reply not some Oxford University Essay. It pisses me off, post something relevant or GTFO, no one gives a **** if your gramma is 100% perfect, as long as we can read it.

A person can't even be in a hurry anymore and just quickly post something, with out your types cryin it's the end of the English language as we know it. It's laughable pathetic.

I'm sorry but someone who is male and over the age of 14 and likes My Little Pony seriously needs to think twice before juding someone based on their intelligence.

Sure sureChemical plant I am currently working at:
My "office" where I do my reports and such:
(new work camera, trying to figure out sizing for the internet)
I normally do not get to use an office, just an open space somewhere that I can plug my laptop in at.
Trust me, whenever you say "done good" in real life, there's a good chance someone nearby wants to slap you.But here's the problem. Grammar National Socialism only exist on the internet.(I'm trying to keep the topic light...obviously I've hit a few nerves..) I cannot recall, only in a school setting where someone corrected my grammar. It's a bizarre creed of people, much like e-racist and what have you. A certain cowardice.
