It really is disappointing when gays act like that because that is in no way indicative of a large portion of the gay/bi population.
It shouldn't matter if someone acts like that, some of my friends are really feminine. I don't mind, they feel happy that way, so just let them be that way. I don't dislike girls who act like a tomboy, everyone is different. It makes the world a little more varied which is a positive thing in my books. There are some exceptions though because i've been in one. If you play with a group of people all the time then knowing information sometimes comes up. My old GB leader was gay he told myself and a friend of mine. He was open about it and was completely cool. In fact he made jokes about himself all the time, it was great. He was a great guy.

why would it matter if i brought it up? cause i play with my bf online on halo sometimes and we talk about drinking and going to clubs and all we ever get is hate speech. other people can talk about similar straight activites online and not get bothered about it why can't we do the same with our activities, thoughts, and feelings and still have the same kind of respect? I don't think that you have worded that properly. Either that or I disagree with what you say. It comes across that you think that gays should stay in hiding or keep their sexuality secret, which seems homophobic in my opinion.

If so then, basically, you are the same as us. When gay people talk about, well, gay stuff, we feel awkward, so we act differently. if gay people where suddenly a majority in society, us straight would feel overpowered. So then some of you guys that have experienced hatred would start getting back at all of us for only what some of us have done. its how it is in life. there will never be a time when each of us will have a "balanced scale" Its the same with racism. Also, this is a warning saying that, if you say anything to do with you being gay you're most likely going to get flamed at. Even if you didn't do anything. I suppose you could say, that when you diside that you are gay and that's who you are, you accept that you will get this in life.
