Or have you had all good teachers? I personally hated my music teacher, she made me go to this orchestra, was supposed to cost $5 flat, and they refused to sell at that price. I emailed her and she pretty much told me off. Told me i better pay or she would fail me. So I paid and then the following day she allowed kids who did not go to make it up by writing a paper about their favorite band. And on top of that said my paper was off topic so she gave me a D for the class!

What about you? Have any horror stories about school?

I've had good and bad teachers. I recall hating one pretty bad. She always picked on me and insult me right in front of my classmates, even when i didnt do ****. She would force me to attend extra lessons even when i had better grades than tose who need not attend. The last straw was when she accused me of cheating when i got good grades for her class and i just lost it and shouted at her.

I had an IPT teacher who when someone would say 'I don't know how to do this' or something he would say, 'so? do you want me to do your assignment for you?' that sort of thing. I mean, how can someone be that unsympathetic. He also went to my year coordinator to ask if I had a hearing problem. I was not amused!! :( He would also give Saturday detentions to anyone chewing gum. You have to come into school on a saturday wearing your uniform to do chores. Just one of the many things that was wrong with my education lol.

I actually didn't hate many of the teachers I have had. Most were either cool or I felt indifferent towards.

I once demanded to be transferred to another Economics class because I felt the teacher was right-wing biased. I was and all was well after that.

My grade 2 and 3 teachers. They always picked on me since I didn't know English at that time and they blamed me because of my lack of willingness to learn.

Grade 7 homeroom teacher. She'd give a detention to the whole freaking class at least 3 times a week just because a douche did something stupid.

Economics teacher in Grade 12. Oh man she was terrible...

Ive only had a few good teachers the rest of them were useless hateful people that should have never gotten a job teaching the youth. Only now at a Univeristy I see how one should teach. At this level teachers actually treat you like people, not obstacles in their way to a paycheck.

Reminds me of a teacher i had who also did this. She loved sprouting the "All for one and One for all" bs as a stupidly lame method for trying to unite the class. Hell the only thing it made us do is hate each other. And we always got detention because some group of asses decide to do dumb things.

I haven't really had any teacher I hated. I didn't like my Maths teacher though, as she never explained things properly. And when you fail as badly at Maths as I do, that's a problem. She was very dull when explaining, and then she'd run off topic. Of course, saying she was my least favorite teacher wasn't a great idea when I found out she had a stroke was was retiring.

I don't put all the blame on her, despite her being a complete *****. 95% of the school were total douchebags that would do things from sniffing gas to whacking beehives with rocks.

I guess i shouldnt either, its true that the main fault lies with the douches. She had good intentions, but damn, what a dumb method to use.

Yes.

In college I had this English teacher who made you read every assignment, or else she would literally make you leave the classroom (this is wrong on so many levels).

Anyway, it was a summer class, which means moving season. Unfortunately, my stupid roommates were gone for the summer so me and one other roommate had to move all the stuff in the house to our new place. It took me all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

In short, I was not able to do the reading assignment.

I emailed my teacher and told her, assuming she would be reasonable and say "Yes, these are extenuating circumstances" but she did not get back to me.

So I go to class and sit there, listening to people talk, and then she got on my case because I was not participating. I told the teacher about the email, about my situation, and she flips out on me for no reason at all and yells at me to get out of class.

I go to her office hours to confront her and she says she got mad at me because "attending class without reading the material gives you and unfair advantage" like that is some excuse to yell at someone in front of 30 people. Its college; crap happens, students dont always read the stuff and for legit reasons, you dont have to be so mean about it.

We did not have a quiz or anything, and I was caught up on the reading by the end of the day as I had originally planned.

I hated all my highschool teachers! The only thing they knew how to do properly was drag people through the mud.

Now that I'm in college and I got into the faculty I wanted to I just feel like if I ever see one of them before, I'll flip em off! xD

I had an R.E teacher who eventually got sacked from my school for being racist. He called my friend a malteser and put the white people at the front of the class and black/asian people at the back!

I feel I can story top you all. One teacher used to stick my name on the board/send me outside for absolutely no reason, or for doing something that everyone else was doing. Whilst this seems normal, she also stuck my name up on the board and sent me outside THE DAY AFTER MY MUM DIED. Then she lost her teaching license for rooting the principal. And nothing of value was lost.

I had one teacher who would mark stuff wrong on exams that was right, but wasn't in the same wording she had said it in class, and I called her out on it, and it got to the point where she didn't know what she was even talking about most of the time... she didn't teach that course the next year.

Maybe she didnt know? And why were you even at school the day after your mom died? D: not that i dont believe you, its not that at all -- it just seems way too early for anyone to return back to their daily routines, after getting a trauma of that magnitude.

Haha considering everyone in the school was walking on eggshells, and it was mentioned in the school assembly, it's fair to say she knew. And Dad gave us the choice - it was sorta too soon for the magnitude to hit a 10 year old.

Mocking every single one of them always kept me from having hard feelings toward any of them really ;D

Although I kinda thought of hating those 5 who signed the paper to have me kicked out, then again going by my mentality I was thankful to be out of that garbage instead ^.^

One of my math teachers, He actually got the police to come interogate me regarding some bicycles that vanished and claimed I was the one on the security camera despite my entire class and Science teacher saying I was in class the entire time. Afterwards it seemed that every thing that went wrong in school was my doing according to him which he pointed out on several occasions and that he one day would prove that I only walked around and ruined and stole things.

when a teacher blames you for a wrongdoing that someone on the other side of the class does, or acts more harshly with you then with everybody else, or insult you in front of the class ,you know they dont like you.

I had a woodwork teacher once who was, i suspect, manic depressive. So one day someone was stacking things and knocked something over by accident. So the teacher grabbed him by the front of his apron and pulled him outside. Everyone was laughing. So the teacher came back in and said 'how dare you all laugh at me. You can all go to hell'. Then he picked up a chair and smashed it on the ground. He made everyone sit outside for the rest of the lesson. It was quite a terrifying experience being only in year 8 lol.

I've never really 'hated' a teacher. Actually, in the last four years of high school (9 through 12) I really liked all the teachers I had.

There was one guy I disliked because he was always on our back for tucking our shirt in and not sitting on the stairs in front of the school (which we got direct permission from the principle to do), but he was Director of Students ... basically he was paid to be a jerk to everyone
