What's wrong with begging for questions? Questions lead to answers and that helps us all. Everything being metaphorical would more than scratch christianity,as their entire creed is based on the assumption that god's word is flawless, and the bible is literal.
Ironically enough though, I can't believe that a guy who follows a religion would ask me to come up with something original... :roll:

First of all, you do not have to believe the Bible is flawless. Not even Clive Staples Lewis believed that.
Secondly, it is nothing short of ABSURD to say that the entire creed of Christianity is that the Bible is literal.
Well, going "religious people can't think for themselves" is hardly an original thought, now is it? :roll:
