See, no one even knows if it was his son or not. I could have been that son-of-a-***** Joseph for all we know.That's true, but we could also say the same things about many other sons born unto famous persons. Ptolemy VII could have been the son of one of Caesar's compatriots instead of Caesar himself. However, as history records, he was the son of Caesar, so it is all mere speculation on our part, just as it is speculation to speculate whether Jesus was the son of God.
However, Jesus could have only been the son of God if we believe in God, otherwise, Jesus does not exist. There may have been a person named Jesus during antiquity, but he wasn't the same Jesus as described and recorded in the Bible.
