@NathanDrakeSwag:

Face it Nathan, your boy is going down. He may have pulled a draw in the debate, but that's not gonna help him win votes, and he is behind. Dissing his running mate was comical.

I like that Trump speaks his mind, but the problem is he is clueless to real solutions, while Hillary has detailed plans in a positive direction. That, the fact she understands climate change is real, and the positive impact she will have on the Supreme Court is why she gets my vote.

Character flaws on both sides make their petty personal banter a wash.

The fact of the matter is this, Trump can't become president without the women and miniorities vote. After tonight's debate I don't think he secured any more votes in neither group.

Hillary has this one in the bag and she knows it. Hell I think even Trump knows it!

Pence 2020? Lol

@NathanDrakeSwag:

The victims were present in the crowd tonight. You continuing to defend Hillary only continues to expose what kind of sick person you are. Go talk to the woman who was raped as a 12 year old and had her life ruined because Hillary Clinton helped him get off. Go talk to the women who Bill raped and then were attacked by Hillary.

You don't care about women or human rights. You are a thin skinned SJW who had his feelings hurt badly by something Trump said during this election cycle and can't get over it. What was it he said that got you so triggered to the point where you think rape is acceptable to justify supporting Hillary?

Just so you realize, Trump is on the record defending both Bill and Hillary:

http://www.cnn.com/2016/10/09/politics/trump-clinton-sex-then-vs-now/index.html

Trump also repeatedly dismissed and at times mocked Bill Clinton's accusers. In a 2008 interview with CNN, Trump called the Lewinsky scandal "totally unimportant" and said it was "nonsense" that Republicans tried to impeach him. In another interview, with CNBC in 1998 and first unearthed by the Washington Post, Trump called Clinton accuser Paula Jones "a loser." In August 1998, Trump again dismissed Jones, and said Bill Clinton was actually the victim."I don't necessarily agree with his victims," Trump said to Fox News' Neil Cavuto in a clip uncovered earlier in the year by the "Daily Beast." "His victims are terrible. He is, he is really a victim himself. But he put himself in that position.""These people are just, I don't know, where he met them - where he found them," Trump continued. "But the whole group — it's truly an unattractive cast of characters. Linda Tripp, Lucianne Goldberg, I mean, this woman, I watch her on television. She is so bad. The whole group, Paula Jones, Lewinsky, it's just a really unattractive group. I'm not just talking about physical."

Please tell me I'm reading this wrong...

I was just regurgitating some info I read when I quickly looked this up, so I could be mistaken. And by the response I have received I guess I am.

Either way, it is a disgusting act for one to put their spouse in the position where they could feel this way.

One of Trump's lawyers actually got in trouble for saying that. The Cohen guy that was made famous with the "polls. all of them" video. He said it in court, i think. Trump's inner circle is truly gutter run-off.

@Ish_basic: It is politically incorrect, but Hillary was absolutely right calling a good portion of Trump supporters deplorable. It isn't something a US president can/should say, but that doesn't make it any less true.

Trump absolutely tonight. Trump Train. Come at me guys.

I do think that Trump gave his supporters much to be excited about tonight (he landed some blows on Clinton for sure), but I don't know if it's a great look to be this celebratory about him after that tape leaked.

Honestly at this point, I dislike both candidates. Tonight wasn't about how to run the country. It's about who can prove who is the worse human being. I vote for a reset.

A reset would be nice, yes. This election is horrifying. But still, if we're measuring tonight on who looked like a worse human being, it's Trump. But he was quite effective at times. Hillary's Lincoln answer was pretty bad.

The bigger picture is that Trump needed to change the trajectory of this race. All Clinton has to do at this point is run out the clock.

In my mind there's a lot of truth in this thanks in no small part to her poll numbers, which are several points above Trump's, and early voting. Each vote case for her already is a vote that can't be changed regardless of what scandal comes next or how poor her debate performance is.
Not to mention that her campaign is considerably larger and well organized where as Trump's less traditional campaign is smaller and, well, beginning to be less and less organized and funded for that matter.

You said the same thing about the first debate, only for Trump's poll numbers to plummet. You also said that the Democratic convention would hurt the Dems, only for it to result in a large bounce for Hillary. You have zero credibility.

they were both awful, but naturally Trump took the award in "biggest idiot" category.

still, Clinton was disappointing as well. Really made me wish we had a third option (a valid one).

It's like watching a couple kids talk shit about eachother; it's like they just spent their first year at college so they both obviously know everything and if they are contradicted they squabble. Petty bunch of jerks up there.

lol at Trump constantly playing the victim card with the hosts, like they were teaming up on him. Clinton definitely got the more difficult questions, and was challenged a lot more.

The video wasn't as central an issue as I thought it might be but that's going to have more consequences in following weeks. For starters, Republicans are distancing and denouncing Trump even more, and I can see why as they're trying to protect the elections of House and Senate seats and not have Donald Trump drag them all down. Yet, hilariously, now Trump supporters are up in arms against Republicans over this. They're eating each other alive, I love it.

@mrbojangles25: lol at thinking Hillary got more difficult questions. The moderators have babied her at both debates now and she still got hammered in this one. This should have been a cakewalk for her after that Trump tape just came out and she still couldn't capitalize on it. The fact is anyone else would already have this election sewn up except for her because she is a fvcking terrible candidate. Trump has given her every opportunity to put him away and she can't do it. Its like in a basketball game where a team leads the whole game from the opening tip and you feel like they should be up 25 but they can't get more than a 12 point lead. They keep hanging around and steal it at the end. That's what Trump is about to do.

Those so-called "conspiracies" are the uncomfortable truths and legitimate grievances that nobody in government has had the courage to address. It's Trump's willingness to change that that will make him President of the United States.

She does have it "sewn up". Let's vote tomorrow. Oh wait we can't.

But let me ask if: if the election was tomorrow and every single American adult voted, who do you think would win?

Trump is finished, has been for a while. These debates are just pointless mud slinging now. Clinton wants to talk policy, Trump wants to be all emotional like some shit-talking teenage girl, Clinton has to defend herself and she dirties herself by doing so. It's kind of a lose-lose for Clinton at this point to respond to Trump at all.

So what's so bad about Pence?

Pence allies himself with religious crazies who try to harshly restrict women's rights. He is bought by numerous lobbies. Despite him saying man made climate change is real recently, his voting record shows the opposite.

Depends on what you consider better. Once again he had nothing substantive to say and ONLY wanted to attack Clinton. Not a winner in my book....coupled with his childish pouting and total lack of courtesy.

Just like last time.

The problem of what Trump said on that tape was the sense of entitlement that his celebrity status has afforded him. In saying, "you can do anything when you're a star", he believes certain conduct is acceptable when in such a position of power. This is someone people are considering putting in the most powerful office on Earth. Trump holds the mentality that's no different from a child that's found his parent's gun and gleefully acts as he pleases (and brags about it).

As offensive as what he said was, it is the least concerning part. What's to happen when he gets into office and says, "Great, now I can do anything! Tell other nations to **** off! Take the oil! Build and have them pay for the wall!". How does anyone believe it's this simple? Trump's supported because he stands against the establishment, I can understand that, but how can anyone get into this office and start dictating things or believe they can be approached with this mindset? There needs to be a willingness to understand, to compromise, to consider all aspects, to empathize, to be dignified and respectful, to be fine with conceding one's ego for the greater good, to be able to retain one's composure under the greatest of stresses and affronts.

What part of Trump's personality is going to allow this? He's an egomaniac, a narcissist, he's vengeful, an arrogant, spoiled, selfish, disrespectful, vindictive fratboy.

His policies are irrelevant to seeing he isn't fit for the presidency to ANY degree, you just need view his infantile character, and we've witnessed far too much of it during this campaign to be left beyond doubt that he is a child in an old man's body. Say what you will about Hillary, she may be corrupt and've made some grave errors in judgment, but at least she's a grownup. There will be stability under her as she grasps the gravity of what she's undertaking and holds the maturity (and political experience) to not nuke someone at first opposition. Trump has in the past used his power to go after the throat of many who've crossed him. His recent threat that he's going to use the presidency to settle the score if he wins proves that he holds no grasp as to the burden of responsibility he may be undertaking, and how this vengeful, little insecure man complex is at the forefront of his personality. Would he care about what the Clintons had done had she not run against him and still threatened her? Of course not.

Yet people are going to give him nukes when many countries hate us and are going to see fit to try to ruffle his feathers when he deems to imprison a woman who did nothing but stood against him on the political stage?

It's crazy people don't see this. Trump treats this whole thing with a degree of levity, bravado, and immaturity that granting him such power is akin to madness. It's absolute insanity. Not into the hands of such character. It's a recipe for destruction, and God help the planet if he wins.

Again, you failed to answer the questions.

1) Guiliani said that what Trump said constitutes sexual assault. Guiliani is one of Trump's biggest fans. Is he a SWJ?

2) If you believe that Bill Clinton raped those women based merely accusations, why don't you also believe that Trump raped his wife and the woman that filed a lawsuit against them? Unless you have evidence that Bill Clinton raped them, the fact that they were in the audience is immaterial. In the US, people are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

That is not the case on GameSpot's OT forums though. And having such a notion appearantly makes you naive.

@MirkoS77: Very well said. It's incredible such things even need to be stated. It should be obvious to anyone that Trump has the exact opposite temperament needed for the job. He is a despot waiting to happen and I got to wonder how a person could have failed to see that at this point.

He landed some good zingers but I wish he had mentioned the leaked email that says her dream is globalization and open borders. That's the George Soros dream! So she's going around privately telling people that her dreams are the same as Soros's. Definitely not who I want representing me.

Trump has nothing to lose anymore, he's in the bottom and he knows it so this is an advantage for him. The only way he can go is up and so he will be as ruthless as ever and that might just work for him. Hillary has of course more chance to win since she's smarter and "less controversial" than Trump in some ways. But both candidates and parties are disgusting. I used to root for democrats but their hypocrisy this election cycle has shown me that they can fall as low as the republicans. They are just as capable as the republicans of ignoring the crap connected to their candidate just to win. US political culture is basically in the toilette just waiting for someone to finally flush it.

Sexual assault? Oh get fvcking real. He bragged about being a celebrity means women let him grab their pussy. And its true a lot of women throw themselves at celebrities and rich guys in general.

How you got sexual assault out of what he said is typical SJW spew.

Listen to what he said, he talked about kissing women without asking them. Groping women without asking.

Sexual assault is any sort of, unwanted, physical or verbal sexual contact.

You just described Bill Clinton.

Bill Clinton isn't running for president

Trump's ex-wife gave a sworn deposition that she was raped by Donald. Although, you can't rape your wife I can't imagine putting a spouse in that sort of position.

One can definitely rape their spouse. But I'm not going to accuse Trump of it because he hasn't been convicted.

Yeah...this needs to be nipped in the bud, quick. If somebody doesn't want to have sex with you, at any given time, and you have sex with them...it's rape. Married or not...period.

I was expecting more entertainment from Trump, but it was a terrible "debate" overall. Clinton didn't really get anything going and the only truly funny part was when Trump started going off on random tangents trying to distract from the fact he wasn't answering questions. And he kept bringing up Bernie Sanders.

Trump did better than Hillary on the topic of Syria, other than that, I cannot remember an area where he did better. Except for the final answer, but that answer isnt really that important.

That is not the case on GameSpot's OT forums though. And having such a notion appearantly makes you naive.

lol not even that last answer was better. He basically gave Clinton free material for a new political ad. Meanwhile her answer was a hilarious backhanded compliment.

Hillary: "Well, his children are nice."
Trump: "She has conviction."

One came across as more sincere.

Yeah pretty poor debate overall, but I do think it was better than the previous one. The previous one had almost a complete lack of policy substance, at least this one tried. The moderator was way better, too bad the people she were moderating are clowns.

Trump crushed a 3 on 1 debate and pussys everywhere yearned to be grabbed. Pretty entertaining stuff.

Edit:

Hmmm... Trump may have snagged more points than I thought. And hillary did more blunders too.

She got more wrecked in Syria than I remember. She wants no ground troops yet in the same debate, she said she wanted policies that REQUIRE ground troops! Wtf Hillary?!?

When she was asked on corruption. Her defense came across as rather pathetic.

Her unwarranted accusation of Russia and Putin. Makes no sense. Instead of you know, apologizing or commenting on the stuff she said, she instead started ranting about the guys who leaked it. That whole situation would never have happened in the first place had you been a better politician. I dont think anyone cares about the messanger except for you. What everyone does however care about is the content of the message.

This was much closer to a tie than the last one for sure, I change my stance, this was a close victory for Clinton. Too close.

If you guys are 20 trillion in debt, every single person in the usa, including babies are 70 000 dollars in debt. Now I wonder, who is going to fix this, trump or hilary?

Not many with some centered, common sense are pleased with either.

In HS, doing debates in class we learned one of the most important things in a Town hall set up is speak to the person that asks the question. Trump rarely did. This was an opportunity to connect with citizens and he failed. And as usual, the moderator's had to remind him what the question was more than once. An inability to be mindful of the topic is piss poor execution. It shows a selfish desire to get on a soap box speak to others about what one wants to rather than the question/topic asked.

This, more than his crude remarks indicates he isn't fit to be president Imo.

But as usual the people of the US are so wrapped up in who can hold office for a maximum of 8 years rather than demanding changes to our congress. These politicians can remain in office for as many terms as possible, vote on their own pay raises, can shut down the govt with no loss of pay unlike myself and other soldiers in the 2012 shut down. Congress is where we need to focus our disgruntledness.

@mrbojangles25: Just going to disagree and say Clinton doesn't want to talk policy. That's the whole reason Trump is her opponent, because she has 30 years of bad policy. Had she gone against someone that would have discussed policy, she'd be obliterate. Heck, she gets half way obliterated the few she has had to speak policy in the debates (as well as during the ones with Sanders). Having Trump up there allows her to say she'd talk policy if she had a chance, and people like yourself eat it up.

Hillary will make it slightly worse. Trump will make the issue way worse.

Gary Johnson is most likely the best choice for lowering the debt, but he has a lot of other issues. I also havent seen any research indicating that he would be for the better, but he did balance the budget in his own state.

@GreySeal9: I do think that Trump gave his supporters much to be excited about tonight (he landed some blows on Clinton for sure"

Nothing personal, but this is a problem we as a society have. I don't look for either to land blows on the other, it doesn't tell me anything about policy or potential to work in the frame work of the US government. I don't care who can zing better. I want to know about their specifics, something Trump thinks is won be repeating "we're going to make America great again".

Trump did much better in this debate than first one because he actually landed some blows on Clinton and she had a few bad answers. But the post-debate polls are still showing that Clinton won, so Trump did not do what he needed to.

Depends on what you consider better. Once again he had nothing substantive to say and ONLY wanted to attack Clinton. Not a winner in my book....coupled with his childish pouting and total lack of courtesy.

Just like last time.

Well, yeah. Of course he didn't win (he's just not smart enough to beat Clinton), but he wasn't the trainwreck that he was last time in terms of landing punches. I think the worst thing about his performance this time was his body language and demeanor. Not the kind of image he should have projected after that awful tape leaked.

@Ish_basic: to Pence. That was, like, bam. He never saw it coming"

LOL ? he can't even be on the same page with his running mate.

On the Clinton side, that answer to a private stance and public one in which she did make a comment in the past about Lincoln was absurd. Easy way to answer that was to just bring up Tim Kaine's stance on abortion. Personally due to his religious beliefs he has said he would never want to go through with it with his wife which is a personal stance. But his public one of maintaining his beliefs should not be mandated law for the entirety of the US population is his public stance and one I agree with. Separation of church and state.

@commander:

Look at it this way: USA spends $650 billion each year on the military, more than the rest of the world combined. Scale that down to 50% or $325 billion which is STILL more than the rest of the world combined, and we can pay off the debt in around 50 years. The military industrial complex plus deregulations are the sole cause of the crazy debt.

Also if we had the discipline to actually balance the debt in the first place, our world wouldn't be going to shit with global warming at the moment.
