Trump delivered a KO blow tonight.

to Pence. That was, like, bam. He never saw it coming.

I never liked Pence. Hope he does drop out. Newt should've been the VP pick from the start.

So what's so bad about Pence?

Pence allies himself with religious crazies who try to harshly restrict women's rights. He is bought by numerous lobbies. Despite him saying man made climate change is real recently, his voting record shows the opposite.

http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/a-dozen-reasons-why-mike-pence-is-just-as-bad-as-donald-trump/

Like I said, as a liberal, I know what's wrong with Pence. I just wanted to hear nathandrakeswag's thought because I'm convinced that he has no idea what the man's stances actually are.

@GreySeal9: One can definitely rape their spouse. But I'm not going to accuse Trump of it because he hasn't been convicted"

If he was convicted of it, it wouldn't be an accusation. It would be a statement of legal guilt. But Clinton hasn't been found guilty of criminal doing in regards to emails and it shit sure doesn't prevent accusations.

If you guys are 20 trillion in debt, every single person in the usa, including babies are 70 000 dollars in debt. Now I wonder, who is going to fix this, trump or hilary?

Hillary will make it slightly worse. Trump will make the issue way worse.

Gary Johnson is most likely the best choice for lowering the debt, but he has a lot of other issues. I also havent seen any research indicating that he would be for the better, but he did balance the budget in his own state.

the examinations show Hillary's policies would add about 200 billion to the debt and Trump's 4-5 trillion.

What Johnson did for his own state is not analogous as it doesn't take into account the benefits accrued from federal and nearby state policies. Gary's talking about a flat tax and you have to consider the economic effect of discontinuing certain policies, like college loans.

What a disaster of an election. Both are awful, Hillary slightly less awful.

Still waiting for Trump to actually answer a question but he can't since he has no idea what he's actually doing. Can't even tell if he's running in this seriously or if he's just deliberately destroying the Republican party.

There is no logical way to be out of debt for the US since enacting the central bank, the Fed Reserve. Our money is a loan from this bank put into circulation. Of course being a loan there is debt attached to it.

Even if the entirety of the circulating money was returned to the fed reserve, there would be the interest to pay off. Now who do we get the money to pay that off from? The very same central bank in the form of a new loan, which of course carries a new debt.

This is why central bank attempts were smashed in the 1800s. But Wilson signed the Fed reserve act in 1913 creating a privately owned central bank in the US. He admitted before dying that he signed the power of this country over to banking interests.

Recent Wall Street Journal poll has Clinton up in the double digits, now. Post-debate polling is overwhelmingly negative towards Trump. Paul Ryan is signaling to party leadership that funds should be diverted down ballot. ... and then there is this magnificent burn I would like to share with you all. HAIL TO THE CHIEFTAINESS!

If they were completely nuts, she wouldn't have admitted numerous times to it being a mistake. But I am a big appreciator of integrity and to admit a mistake and apologize for it is the right thing to do so at least she does that.

Look at it this way: USA spends $650 billion each year on the military, more than the rest of the world combined. Scale that down to 50% or $325 billion which is STILL more than the rest of the world combined, and we can pay off the debt in around 50 years. The military industrial complex plus deregulations are the sole cause of the crazy debt.

Also if we had the discipline to actually balance the debt in the first place, our world wouldn't be going to shit with global warming at the moment.

well, we have an idiot trying to tell people our military is in the worst shape it's ever been, talking about spending even more. This is one area that Johnson is actually talking about specifically cutting, by 25% he said. I don't think it'll happen. The military industrial complex just has too many fingers in the pie. We had that whole issue with the pentagon saying specifically we don't need more tanks but the congressmen from Ohio where the tanks were made pushing for the US to buy more tanks and getting it done.

People need to understand things. The USAF is the largest air force in the world. You know who has the second largest air force? The US Navy.

trump is right though that nato countries should pay more, but it still wouldn't feel comfortable with him in office. I might be wrong though but hilary seems like a safer bet.

@GreySeal9: No doubt. This just speaks volumes about how insecure and emotional Trump is. If he can use the reasoning he did nothing illegal in regards to using a 900 million loss to not pay federal taxes for years, then it goes that since the FBI and justice department found no basis for criminal charges against Clinton, she did nothing illegal either.

Now the problem is she was careless, but has admitted as much and apologized.

He claims to love military and vets but not paying fed taxes, while legal in this instance, did not help those of us that serve/served.

LOL ? he can't even be on the same page with his running mate.

On the Clinton side, that answer to a private stance and public one in which she did make a comment in the past about Lincoln was absurd. Easy way to answer that was to just bring up Tim Kaine's stance on abortion. Personally due to his religious beliefs he has said he would never want to go through with it with his wife which is a personal stance. But his public one of maintaining his beliefs should not be mandated law for the entirety of the US population is his public stance and one I agree with. Separation of church and state.

That's the issue I thought she'd use.

Both of them disgust me for various reason. Neither are fit to rule this country. It's just goes to show how this country is decaying from the inside out. All hail queen Hillary the banks have chosen.

Lol at flipping to decided voter, and Guess Who.

If this were a political YLYL I would have lost twice.

Speaking of which, a political YLYL during The Trump Cycle is either the best idea of all time, or the worst.

I cannot wait for the most narcissistic, misogynistic bully to get beaten historically by a woman. The irony is on insane levels, and I hope he is taken up on his "If I lose, you'll never see me again." line. His kids dont even like him, as I present exhibit A.

@mark1974: I tell you man. Crazy.

Policy is very important, but it takes a backseat to character. Trump's not just immature, he's one of the most immature and egocentric people I've ever seen. Mocking Hillary stumbling, throwing water all around the podium when talking to his supporters, speaking that way on that tape when he was nearly 60!

The guy's a manchild. He's not only immature, he's insecure, proven by him having used his power to enact revenge in the past and the threat to use the presidency to do so again. He holds personal grudges. I've read many stories of him pushing himself on women when he was in a position of authority on TV shows and them not wishing to reject him for fear of being fired. Who knows if they're true, but that tape with him saying, "When you're a star you can do anything!" leaves no doubt in my mind of what he's done.

That he believes power gives him unrestrained excuse is exactly the reason why he shouldn't have it.

I'm sorry you're not accustomed to what a real man is these days since we have people thinking there are 95 genders and men wear purses now and eye shadow, but Donald Trump is a real man. Like Gregory Peck, or General Patton before him. We need a real man to solve problems, not some woman who has been out of the kitchen for way too long and is throwing out radical ideas like "women's rights" and other sexist non-sense.

He was being sarcastic, it is obvious to me. The General Patton/Gregory Peck thing is kind of a dead giveaway. If he legit thought Donald Trump was a real man, I doubt he would have the mental ability to even operate a keyboard and mouse.

*high five*. I thought the "woman's rights" in quotations would do it.

I'll say it again, I hate this election.

Mickey Mouse gets a decent amount of write ins every election. I think if we mobilize and work together we might make it happen this time around.
