Open Your Mouth. Slide your lips over you teeth. Make sure you lubricate the hotdog properly with your saliva as it will feel great . Take It Slowly. Don't rush yourself. The biggest mistake people do when it comes to eating hotdogs is that they rush themselves into it. Don't Slow Down! Don't Stop. Then, Go Slower :)
I hate it that every time I eat hotdogs in front of my guy friends I really start to feel uncomfortable. It's so weird. How do you guys do it? Even if my mom makes hotdogs at home I have to eat them with a fork in front of my dad and little brother, lol!

See, the awkward situation of eating a hot dog (because it's a bit of a phallic symbol I assume?) is unavoidable in front of your guy friends, I prefer to speed up the process by being able to swallow the hot dog whole, no chewing, just swallow.

WTF? Seriously? Most people bite hotdogs. If your friends think you eating a hotdog is funny, find smarter friends. I don't think his friends are the problem... Anyway, might as well ask the question of how to eat a popsicle, how to eat a banana, how to eat any phallic foods.
