I hardly skipped any classes when I was in high school, but things have changed when I started university last fall. I have a pretty long walk to school (about 4 kilometres) and while it has been good for my health it has also lowered my motivation to actually go to all the classes. It doesn't help that all my friends tend to skip classes also, it makes me feel alright to do it. The good thing is that the teachers usually mail our "homework" so we only have to check our email daily.
During the various classes I usually just surf the web and make notes when ever I feel like it (that doesn't happen very often) or wait for a smoking break. I can't believe my motivation is so low. Maybe I have to choose some interesting secondary subjects I guess...
So what do you think about skipping classes, do you do it often? How's your motivation?
