We should "re start" the Roman Gladiator games for rapists, murderers and other violent criminals, and if they refuse to take part in them they get torchered and then fed to the lions :twisted:

depends.

Rape and infecting them with HIV/aids is exreamly bad

Rape with assault is bad

Gang rape is also as bad as rape and assault

Rape and gettign them pregnant is a little bit not as bad.

And Rape with no assault or anything is not a big deal imo. 4 years in prison tops. anything more is harsh. unless if the guy has done it before then he deserves more

How does this work?
If you send them to jail for quite a few years, the kid is already going to be at least a teenager by the time he gets out.

And how much are we talking?
If you're saying it should be higher than the standard child support, it almost sounds like some sort of bonus for the mother.
I can only imagine all the wasteful lawsuits that would stem from it, if that's what you mean.

I honestly think they should be imprisoned for life and everyday tortured to the point they wish they could die. Of course that is no humanitarian and would never pass so I would go with imprisonment for life and no right to earn any privileges.
