I once lost all respect for a girl when she said that to me. She was pretty hot. I mean, she was kinda small (older than me) and had a nice body and this going off-topic, but I just remember I lost all respect for her in that moment.

Dammit. The way you were telling this story, it sounded like it was going somewhere really interesting...but then you just did a total 180 and lost respect for her. I can sum it up for you: "I don't believe in God; why would God let bad things happen?" "We can't comprehend God; that's why bad things happen." "I don't believe in God, because there's no proof." "I don't believe in God, but I believe in a creator." "There's not supposed to be any proof in God; you're supposed to have faith." "I still don't believe in God." "I feel sorry for the people that don't believe in God; you're all going to hell." Yeah, pretty much sums it up good.

If I had a dime for every time someone told me I was going to hell, I would be a rich man. I never tell anyone they are going to hell. Why would I?

I've done a lot of bad things when I was young..things I"m not proud of. What I'm referring to though is anytime a religious person asks if I want to go to their Church and I say 'no', I get the old 'going to hell' talk.

I admit, it was through my experiences I decided to become a Christian.

And as helpful as it would be, someone else can't share your experiences. the only thing you can do is make sure their experience of you is as Christian as possible.

St. Francis once said that one should always preach the gospel, and when absolutely necessary, use words.

God makes no sense, the world being beautiful changes nothing, just look at how the earth was hundreds of thousands of years ago. Thing werent so beautiful. Things happened all by themselves for some reason. Why do we exist? Well, because we just had to. Because not existing would be kinda boring.

I don't think any being that can create entire Universes as varied and vast as ours is not going to make much sense to the limited human perspective. But I do agree, we had to exist. I believe consciousness is something fundamental to nature, so self-aware conscious beings we're in an inevitability I believe.
