Yes, obviously. I've never claimed that isn't. Also, I've never claimed that you don't have to abide by rules. Rather, that it's quite difficult to do so when they can be made up at the moderator's discretion.

I didn't say that it can't be done, I said that it's difficult. My point was that it is hard to obey the rules when they are loose and can be made up at random.
