If United States were changed from 'unofficial to 'official rulers of the world

...Think about it. It'd probably be the best dang thing to ever happen since sliced bread. Why would you NOT want the most successful country in the world today (and probably only one after we all get in space and stuff :D) to just be something of a big advisor. Kind of like how states are to countries, Mexico, Canada, etc. would be 'states' of the United States.

That would probably be the road to world peace imo. Just think about it.

*edit* and think about the fact that something like this will doubtless happen. Now, you wouldn't want it to be 'france' or 'China' now, would you?
