I'd pick discrimination. Humanity as a whole could benefit from the absence of hate due to a person's religion/race/gender/social status etc. At the very least, we'd be rid of religious extremists.

Ugly boobs. I'm an extraordinarily shallow person at times. Before someone points out that boob jobs have already been invented, two points: 1. Yes, but they don't FEEL the same afterwards. 2. The results of a boob job are...inconsistent.
