If you could go back and stop one person being born, who would it be?

I've been wondering this over the last few days and I've come to the conclusion that I would stop the birth of Kaiser Wilhelm II.

Reason being; if he had not been so politically inept and imperialistic, then possibly the two world wars would not have happened. The reasoning behind this being that if Germany had renewed their alliance with Russia, France would have remained isolated politically and Germany would have probably reigned in Austria-Hungary after the assassination at Sarajevo.

Without WW1 then the whole Nazi uprising would not have happened and no Holocaust or WW2.

What about the rest of OT?

No i wouldn't prevent anyone being born, because its the way things go, its the way things are suppose to be. If someone does something bad we learn from them, and then we don't make that mistake ever again. Anyways if this power was real our world would be screwed up! :twisted:
