IGN ranks the 25 best animated films of all times

I dont agree with that list IMO.

Just about all Pixar and Disney films are great so its real hard to fit in the 25 greatest. I like all the films on the list just in no particular order, of course they will be missing alot of others.

Why is it whenever someone releases a list of top whatever, someone always says it's the worst list ever? Does that mean that every list is consistently worse than the last? If I made a list of the worst lists ever made, would #1 be the list that I was making?cd_rom

Toy Story 2 ranked as the best toy story movie and the incredibles ranked higher?

South Park the movie at number 6??? ... Im a huge South Park fan but the south park movie was pretty mediocre imo..

Toy Story 3 at number 13?!?

Beauty and the Beast number 1?!?! Its a great movie but WTF.. so many better disney cartoons let alone animated films....Aladdin, hell even freaking Mulan is better...

Beauty and the Beast? Seriously? I hated that movie when I was a kid. I saw it a couple months ago, and it was better than I remembered, but it was not that great. I am disappointed with this list. That's all I have to say.

Lion King is too low and I don't agree with number 1 either.

call me old school but movies like bambi, pinocchio and cinderella have had more of an impact on pop culture than some of those movies ever will. To each their own

That list started out good - masterpieces like My Neighbor Totoro, Ratatouille, and The Lion King absolutely deserve a spot on the list. But then it progressively went downhill the closer we got to #1. Did they have to include all three Toy Story movies? They can't be lacking animated movies that badly. And the South Park movie at #6 of all time? Really?

I find that list fairly boring and a little odd although I was happy to see the often forgotten Metropolis put in there. But constructing "best" lists involving ranking are always a bit of a self-inflicted trap so I tend to lean towards people making lists involving their favorites as I'm more interested in finding entertaining films and not so concerned with how people rank them.
