The sad truth is, the more we help Africa with food aid an whatnot, the worse it gets.
You guys might not realize this, but food aid DESTROYS the local economy, DESTROYS any prospect or hope of farming/etc. Basically we are creating a welfare continent that can't ever stand on it's own two feet and the more we try to help the deeper the hole gets.
