I am sorry but having a memorial on an open forum is inviting trouble.
This is pretty horrible, but there should not be any legal action taken. The internet is one of the few bastions left of anonymity and near-unconditional free speech, we need to keep it that way, despite the negatives.

We cherish these apparent freedoms, but sometimes I wonder why, especially now the world has changed with the advent of the internet. We think we deserve it, down playing any negative becuase it's our given right to express ourselves regardless of who we offend or damage we may cause. Does it make us happier? Better? More fullfilled because of this freedom? I'm not sure it does. Just because we can we think we should and we deserve it
Basically we're the same creatures that walked the earth 500 years ago, but I think sometimes we're not designed to accomadate such rapid societal and technical advancement, or at least haven't had time to adapt. Anyway I'm tangenting. Just saying that total freedom of speech combined with the capabilities of the internet perhaps should be scrutinised a little, managed a little better and not simply placed on a pedastal as an untouchable intrinsic right.
I agree. 90% of human beings lack the necessary discipline or self control for such freedom.
