So stop complaining when people give it to you. And the only way you're going to accept it better is to change how you view it. Also, OP, it's not bad at all. Your race is not your culture. Throw the whole race factor out of the equation, it means nothing. There's nothing wrong with feeling a sense of belong to a culture no matter what you look like.
