I honestly don't know and I never want to know. Although if I had to pick getting stabbed multiple times or shot multiple times, I would pick getting shot.

I bet a rifle bullet to the brain wouldn't hurt a bit.

I would think being stabbed would hurt more. Feeling the metal puncture your skin and tear through your muscles and tendons like butter, sending signals up your nerves to your brain that are so intense that break teeth from grinding them so hard.

I don't want to physically know how it feels to get stabbed or shot. I want to know people's opinions on it.

p. sure it'd be a knife basic assumption when you take into account that a knife will probably tear through more than most bullets

Agreed. I'm sure a bullet to the head is one of the fastest and painless deaths. Although people have survived and had horrible brain damage.

Stabbed. Getting shot in the head is quick and painless. As long as they don't hit a bone bullets basically go in and out.

I suppose that would depend on what kind of round you're getting shot with and where and the kind of knife you're getting stabbed with. :P

is a chainsaw considered a blade? If so I guess chainsaws would be really painful to get stabbed with (if you can stab with a chainsaw that is). :P

If the chainsaw is on, then yes, you could easily get "stabbed" by it.

LOL, but if I had to pick between getting stabbed with a knife or a chainsaw, I would pick the knife. A chainsaw would make one hell of a mess.

Seriously though, the correct answer is it depends on the bullet and the knife. If the bullet is a hollowpoint and blows a hole the size of a grapefruit in you, that's going to hurt more (until you die).

As a victim of a stabbing, I have to say it wasn't as painful as I expected. Although that could be because the adrenaline was already in full effect.

I prefer getting shot because it's fast, you can't see the bullet coming at you. "Ouch! I just got shot, I didn't see that coming" A knife is slower, you can comprehend everything coming at you "O ****! i'm gonna get stab, ahhhhh! T_T"

Stabbed, less momentum to striking force and dependant on the force of the stab which will stick in you. Bullet will puncture through you before the pain will even occur due to shock.

Depends on the type of knife or bullet used. A knife is going to cause more damage to areas with large amounts of nerves so you're probably going to feel it more and it's probably going to cause more damage in a single stab assuming the person knows what he's doing. Knife is also going to have a much lower speed on entry so the pain is going to more drawn out as well. So knife I guess.

I would imagine getting stabbed would feel a lot worse, especially if the blade is twisted after.

Okay, type of bullet I can understand, but type of knife? I think getting stabbed in the abdomen with any kind of knife would be equally painful. Unless you can convince me that's not true.

Serrated knifes do a hell of a lot more damage than a straight blade.
