Is it more painful to get stabbed or shot?

I honestly don't know and I never want to know. Although if I had to pick getting stabbed multiple times or shot multiple times, I would pick getting shot.

I bet a rifle bullet to the brain wouldn't hurt a bit.

Stabbed. Getting shot in the head is quick and painless. As long as they don't hit a bone bullets basically go in and out.MgamerBD

I imagine in most cases getting stabbed would be more painful.

I think stabbing is more painful. At least with a bullet, the pain will be quicker.

Seriously though, the correct answer is it depends on the bullet and the knife. If the bullet is a hollowpoint and blows a hole the size of a grapefruit in you, that's going to hurt more (until you die).

I can imagine getting stabbed would hurt more because it's slower

Probably stabbed. Unless the bullet is a hollow-point.

I prefer getting shot because it's fast, you can't see the bullet coming at you. "Ouch! I just got shot, I didn't see that coming" A knife is slower, you can comprehend everything coming at you "O ****! i'm gonna get stab, ahhhhh! T_T"

I would imagine getting stabbed would feel a lot worse, especially if the blade is twisted after.

Stabbed, it is a lot more personal and is slower. Being shot is over in an instant.
