It could be possible, in the way of some kind of common gene, or from a common ancestor, much in the same way oriental Asians have a decreased ability to process milk/alcohol. i think due to the impact it would have on society (used to justify racism) the scientific community wouldn't ever release correlating data if any occurred.

and is it true that blacks have lower IQ's? yeah it seems to be. but blacks have better coordination, faster twitch muscles, and have slightly longer limbs which i would die for when it comes to basketball and fighting etc... different races different pros and cons. i don't see whats so hard to accept about that.
btw i hear people making the argument (with no research to back it up) that IQ tests are biased to westeners. how does that explain east asians and south asians scoring the same or slightly higher than whites?

Also, IQ tests measure how you handle logical problems, which, depending on what brain half you're 'controlled' by, makes a lot of people seem dumber than others because of the results.

Nurture =/= smart. Environment =/= smart. Sure, a privileged kid has more opportunity to gain knowledge than a poor child from a poor family, but that doesn't automatically make private school-kids more intelligent on average than their fellows at the public schools.

Like I wrote earlier, an IQ test measures your intelligence based on the ability to solve logical problems and recognizing patterns. Yes, most of the time a high IQ does mean you are a very intelligent human being, but there have been deviations in the equation.

Bad word choice on my part, an IQ test solely can not determine the intelligence of a person since it's difficult to define 'intelligence', an IQ test can evaluate a type of intelligence EG test scores/test taking skills, but not overall intelligence. Give me a test in Spanish and give me one in English, and I'll assure you my English one will be higher since my brain thinks primarily in English.

I think it would have more to do with some races have more people living in poorer communities and just not having the chance to excel. That is all. Humans are humans and have the same learning capabilities.
It could be stated different cultures produce different average IQ levels,
but no solid data show the minimal genetic difference between races creates any significant difference in average IQ.

It's just a scienific fact, it's not racist unless you use that fact and look down on other races or feel your own race is superior because of it.

Is it really scientific? Do we know scientifically that black people biologically cannot be smarter than other races? Maybe you could say it's more based on qualitative statistics in that we draw from what we have. And what we have are a lot of uneducated black people living in poor communities unable to afford or get higher education.
