Is smoking marijuana a victimless crime?

Most people you watch on TV have done it.
David Cameron, leader of the conservative shadow government of Great Britain has done it.
Cannabis residue was found after a chemical analysis of Einsteins pipes.
Most musicians and artists have done it.
Iron Maiden haven't done it though.

Who where the victims in all of these cases?

There are no carcinogens in marujuana smoke, so it isn't dangerous to another person's health.

But sometimes family members prefer going off to smoke it with their friends, or, when they come home from work, try to relax with their 'hobby' (bleh, yeah right, hobby) then it can cause some damage to family members, especially since pot will become a bigger focus in life, rather than family. This. Lots of people think that it supports terrorists or murderous drug cartels though, which is completely untrue. Cannabis is usually grown locally, it's not like it's hard to do.?

To deejayinfinity: It's surprisingly easier to produce it locally than to import it. The central US produces tons of MJ, and around where I live, people just grow in their house, or guerilla grow. This might be harder if you live in an urban area though, but importing from anywhere besides Mexico (which is infamous for sh*tty weed, though there are exceptions) and Canada, isn't very common, though it is done.

It's true. The brain develops new brain cells throughout life so whatever cells are killed by smoking will always be replaced. I do disagree with smoking and then driving exactly like alcohol.

Usually Marijuana purchased is Marijuana grown locally, of course this isnt always true but its rare for it to be otherwise. Besides I dont believe Pot is as big a cash crop os Cocaine or Opium.
