Okay, sorry to our friends outside the US, but I'm looking for the lamest, dumbest, wussiest team names - can be college or pro.My first nomination is the Orlando Magic - SO lame.

I like the 49ers, but they have a pretty lame name. The San Francisco Rockfish (USFL) are pretty bad too. my FAVORITE is "Yankees" Because it pretty much sums up whether americans are actually offended when people call that. I love being called a yankee. Yankee 4 Life.
