Let's talk presents: What did you get?

A pretty sweet hand me down tv.

I got a bit spoiled this christmas.

Box of random foods (as if there isn't enough leftovers already...).

Chocolates as well, and plenty of socks, underwear (I did need more of that), and other bits of clothing.

I just popped popcorn with the popcorn popper I got. Awesome.

How do other you guys celebrate christmas. Do you literally buy presents for everyone? Then they buy you presents. I like it my families way. Buy one for some random in a hat and some other random family member just buys you something. $50 cap.

That way you don't have to splurge if you are a poor university student.

EDIT: Secret santa or kris kringle we do that at home is what I mean. Makes economical sense. Unless you are the spoilt kid who doesnt get anybody anything and everyone gets you something.

I got clothes, camera equipment (tripod and multidirectional flash-- I'm into DSLR photography), gift cards, and, as one of the coolest presents I've ever gotten, red pens!! I teach mathematics at the college level.

So when I go to teach next time, I can tell students that my aunt got me new red pens for Christmas and they're ready to go!
