Does it matter to you if someone is gay bi or lesbian? would you still hang out with them and treat them the same, like if you best friend told you they were gay?

If they're cool and nice to be around, sure.

why all the threads on the subject? Like in the other thread: Placing people in unnecessary groups only furthers their segregation. If people are cool, they're cool; that's all I need to know.Daavpuke

Doesn't bother me, I'm transgender and bi-sexual, so why would it bother me? It's the personality that matters to me, the sexual orintation is just their life.

All still fellow human beings at the end of the day.

A friend is a friend, no matter what their sexual orientation is.

I sort of came to that same conclusion as well. I think one reason is they are able to accept who they truly are and is comfortable enough to be open about it in front of others. I think it is quite liberating to know that one has nothing to hide and is perfectly fine with who he/she is and has nothing to hold back, thus is more readily able to provide teh lutz

I agree. I have thought a lot about why the **** they are so funny compared to the rest of the population. I could not decide b/w acceptance of oneself and a means of deflection when they are young.
