Lost in the Desert, Who do you eat?

Alright so your off-road truck broke down, you leave it to look for water, you find a stream, but there are no fish or any other kinds of food nearby. Accompanying you is your best friend, who is a pretty big fellow and has quite a bit of meat on him. A scrawny kid who has lived next door to you for sometime is also stranded with you, along with your high school sweet heart. Lastly your stoner friend that just came for a good time, he is pretty bony. The plan is to find enough food and pack up enough water to make it to safety.You have no idea how long it will take before you reach civilization, choose wisely...

Who do you eat? Remember that although your best friend may look like the most meat, he will be hard to take down. Are the other two even a option? Maybe your stoner friend, but will that be enough?

I heard it from experts on canabalism, if you are going to eat someone, you got to do it before they are catabolic. By the time they die of starvation there are not much nutrients left.

No, but I am sure they did tests to see what someone who has died of starvation is like, nutrient and protein wise, and if this could sustain a human.
