I question this so called "confidence" seeing as those with self-esteem issues are the ones who are usually doing the over-boasting and here in this topic it has been circumcised people sitting here trying to say they have what women want. I for one wish to do nothing to that area as I have the utmost confidence in it.

Since formula feeding is consider more detrimental to a childs development then circumcision by research, it's been proven breast milk is healthier for a growing infant, so you'll give the infant the second-rate food, but you won't have a simple piece of skin removed even though it has it's advantages? What percentage of babies go through shock while being circumcised? It would be a big deal in the media if its a significant amount.

And if you think I am despicable for getting my son circumcised, then I do not care. I am just wanting to do what is best for my child, so if wanting to help my child out is "despicable", then I guess I am guilty of that, and so is my parents, my grandparents, and my great-grandparents. But I guess because it is a part of the baby, I shouldn't mess with it, and while I am at it, I might as well not cut the umbilical cord because it is a part of the baby too.
Circumcision isn't necessary, but I want it done because of the health benefits. Circumcision really only has it's positives, not any negatives. Just because you think it is wrong doesn't mean it is. Circumcision has been going on for hundreds of years, so if there was any severe problems with cutting the foreskin, then I think we would have stopped by now.
