I could prove you wrong all day but lets start simple, why does Obama have a self declared friendly relationship with Bill Ayers the pentagon bomber an actual terrorist who isnt remorceful of his deeds and he even serves on a board with him?
So Obama is a terrorist because he knows the guy? I don't see why your bringing up the issue more than Mccain himself if it was that huge of an issue, I mean, if Obama is a terrorist, Mccains slogan is Country over self, so why is he not trying to protect his country by bring this up on in public and using it as one of his main points against him.He not only knows the guy he is friends with the guy he still meets with him, and what about Revrend Wright he went to his church for 20 years where they preached hatred to America and whites and they upheld the Black value system tell me that isnt terrorism going to meetings where they teach hatred of America

This is good news for McCain.. if the poll is this close on gamespot, the home of the liberals, then he has a good chance of winning the presidential race. Considering most of the older crowd will vote for McCain. If it's this close on a site that is heavily liberal, then I'd assume McCain would be winning a poll if this site reflected the actual demographics of the entire USA.The_Mac_Daddy
lol, a gamespot poll is good news for McCain? Do you actually think this poll is even remotely scientific?

Yes.. I use the gallup and the gamespot. It's science.
But in all seriousness, I was just pointing out that on a site where I would say 80% of the users are liberal, it's suprising McCain isn't behind by THAT much. I was expecting him to get a lot less votes here.
Also, knowing Bill Ayers and working with him years and years after he did some crazy radical things = voting for terrorism? That's just silly.SimpJee
Just like a liberal to take someones words out of context. As I stated many times he doesnt just know him he has said himself he is friends with him, a know terrorist who says he wished he planted more bombs. How do you maintain a friendly relationship with someone like that without supporting what they did.
Same situation stands true with Reverend Wright he says he never heard any of these radical anti American rants yet he was going there regularly yeah Im sure he just conveniently missed all those speeches so why did he go there time and time again if he didnt agree with that whack job?
I'm in no way trying to change your mind there could be footage of Bin Laden and Obama hugging and liberals would say its his outreach program or something Im just stating the facts something liberals never seem to want to do

Ayers has said he was taken out of context in that NY Times interview where he supposedly said he wished he planted more bombs. Also, we might have to agree to disagree but I don't think this guy is a terrorist in the same way that Bin Laden is. I mean Bin Laden wants to kill as many Americans as possible, Ayers seemingly wanted to only protest the war. He didn't even kill anyone in his bombings (from what I've read).

Where did he say he still meets with Wright?
After watching the conventions, I'm currently still leaning towards Obama.
At least he says what he's going to do instead of what John McCain isn't going to do. (Well, he does both... but some is better than none).
However, I'll wait till the debates to make up my mind.
I will say though, I'm a pretty ****ing sick of negative ads.
did you watch mccain's speech? he clearly states the differences between him and obama in a nonconfrontational way. he says obama will do this, and he'll do this etc. etc. i dont feel like finding the exact thing but i recall quite clearlyAfter watching the conventions, I'm currently still leaning towards Obama.

Mccain is the only way to go. C'mon, Obama announced he was running at a KNOWN TERRORIST"S HOUSE. Doesn't that creep u out a little; how he's already talking to foriegn leaders when that CAN be considered practically treasonous? The guy isn't stupid apparently, I'll give him that; but he disagreed with the troop surge (which CLEARLY worked) just to have a qualm with Bush. THat's what makes me dislike the guy - he's just a politician, a slick, liberal, bush-hating politician. It just doesn't make sense to vote for him knowing all the spending that he's going to do, and with a democratic president AND congress, our debt will skyrocket even farther.
And then there's taxes. Mccain's tax plan is equally HALF of what Obama's is, presumably to fund all that spending.
