Mel Gibson - feel sorry for or hate?

Do you sympathise with Mel Gibson, or have his comments offended you?

he's a pretty good actor

I like him.

I like Mel Gibson.

He got carried away. Once in a while I'll say something horrible if I'm angry. His comments were inflated to a big level because he's famous. Same thing happened to Chris Brown's abuse and R. Kelly's alleged pedophilia. I don't feel sorry for him because he's smart enough to know that his racist comments could've been leaked.

I like/respect him as an actor and director, don't really care for him as a person.

I don't hate him, but I really don't like him. He seems like a pretty bad person.

The guy is a total clown. And a Racist. Hollywood should Blacklist him.

He's a good actor.

why would you feel sorry for a guy you makes millions of dollars a year and has zero foundation to make racist and hateful remarks.

the guy is a good actor, director, and producer (?) but as a human being he is just awful, and I fail to see how anyone but the racist and bigoted could feel sorry for him.

the dude's a piece of **** and a terrible actor. that audio of him cursing out his wife just further shows what kind of person he truly is. he's a douchebag racist and deserves to get his ass kicked.

People say stupid things though and are forgiven. Eric Clapton made very hateful comments about blacks at a concert once and all of his idols and people he plays with are black. I don't think anyone cares anymore really.

I've heard much worse from people, and I can think of way more important things to dislike people for than the words they use to express their anger.

Good to see the majority voted for the third option.

Mel Gibson is awesome no matter what he says. Even if he says "I'm not awesome". He's still awesome, cause he is Mel Gibson.
