So what do you think?

I honestly don't get the hostility it looks pretty good. Maybe the film will suck but the drawing looks like a cool interpretation
[QUOTE="cfstar"][QUOTE="BranKetra"]That doesn't even look like a ninja.BranKetra
Well at least it's not an Orange jumpsuit.
That's not even the same series. That's not even the same medium of media.Are you being sarcastic? cause i can't tell.
if you're not, then you should probably look up the word "Joke"

The art styIe actually reminds me some of the old Eastman & Laird artwork. This is going to look crazy next to the cartoon, but next to the old art from Mirage Studios, and many of their reboots and reinterpretations from other comic artists before it hit networks, it's not that far-fetched. Heck, laser turtles from the future aren't even that far-fetched.
I'm not saying we should throw in Mel Gibson, Tina Turner, and a kid with a razor boomerang, but I'd give it a shot. Even as a child of the 80's, and having met Eastman at a comic book convention back in the 90's (I'm a fan is all I'm saying), I'm willing to give Michael Bay a little lee-way. Bad Boys, The Rock, Armageddon, the first Transformers, and The Island were all pretty fun popcorn movies. I'm hopeful his spin on TMNT will be, too.
Happy gaming,

Michael Bay is the producer... not the director or writing the screenplay... why can't people understand that?
My thoughts on the concept art:
Looks pretty good. I loved the Turtles growing up and really enjoyed the last CGI/3D movie, really looking forward to seeing them on the big screen again. I can accept the changes, not a big deal.
A year ago the people complaining had not one care for TMNT, but once the flick is announced the internet fan rage began like they were fans forever - get over yourselves. If you want the classic take on the turtles - support the comic books, which are very good, instead of complaining about the movie.
I don't see why everyone's so butthurt about the design.
The turtles were never ninjas in the first place.

thing is,just because someone's decided to change them a bit in a movie doesn't mean the whole background of TMNT or your precious childhood memories are going to be wiped out.
