Most Overrated scripted sitcom?

I'd have to go Big Bang Theory. I really dont see what's so appealing about that show anymore. The first season was ok but I think it got tired quick. I know I'm the minority as it's wildly popular. Community FTW.

also, Cheers is pretty overrated, i mean its funny, but not THAT funny.

Big Bang Theory - tries too hard to be a clever comedy, so resorts to weak comedy.
