Either having a hole ripped in my cheek, one of my nostrils ripped open away from my nose, or a bacteria infection in my gut. It's hard to say which one was worse because the pain at the time was so great, but I'm going to go with the bacteria infection. The cuts and physical damage just felt like a sharp piercing fire while the bacteria felt like someone was constantly grinding my entire torso.
I can think of two times. One was when I was making a homemade habanero sauce and I stuck a fork in the blender to free the top surface up and the blade caught the fork and splattered it in my eyes, and the other was when I had a rotten wisdom tooth pulled- it broke into three pieces and each had to be pulled separately. I could hear the crunch every time.
Well, two events that were kinda equal in pain. One were I had a stomache infection and it HURT, you know, like when you get food poisoning? Except worse? Then another when I had to urinate really bad, but I was stuck in construction zone where you couldn't get out of your car and I was with other people. It took two hours after I had to "go really bad" to actually go. Moving to find a place to piss in the bushes hurt.

I went tubing once in water I later found out was far too shallow to be tubing in. Fell out of the tube on a sharp corner and hit my finger (pinky to be exact) off the bottom of the lake and it bent sideways. Wasn't a break or fracture luckily, so I just popped it back into place, most likely from pure adrenaline. Looking back on it, that was actually a pretty scary experience. I could have snapped my neck

Ummm, any crazy visions? Nah, i remember running into the pipe then waking up in the emergency room later. I never actually felt any pain that i can remember, and they kept me on pain pills for a while
For me, I fell off a stage and cracked my elbow. The worst part of it is when I had to get my xray and they forced me to turn my arm in a way that made it crack and hurt like hell.
Actually, the one that hurt the most was the paintball one, but the one that was the worst is quite similar to gamer's... I got hit by a car then run over on the chest by that same car, and i was clinically dead for almost 10 seconds. because the weight of the car stopped my heart... I still have burn marks on my chest from that defribulator.

I had a pretty deep Y shaped gash in my head and I went to the hospital, they stitched it up and it was good. After I got the stitches out I went swimming and went in a hot tub. When I got home the gash had a big bubble, I pushed on it a little and it popped, then all I felt was warm liquid cover my hands. Within ten seconds my back was drenched with blood, anyway I was rushed to ER because it was bleeding really fast. Apparently the gash was right on an artery and going swimming made the artery pop. 5 Doctors spent a half hour trying to close off the artery without any painkillers or freezing. They cautorized the vain without freezing it and it almost brought me to tears it hurt so bad. That pain lasted about five minutes. Over the half hour I lost most of the blood in my body and I had to get 2 transfusions to keep me concious.
One time I had all the skin scraped off the bottom of my foot, wouldn't have been that bad, except I have to walk. Wich evidently causes pain when your foot is hurt. The other thing is when the clip on my underwear i had on when i was a kid, cut my... u kno. I still have a scar.
My tooth abscessed and that friggin sucked..I had to have a root canal done. You guys honestly dont understand the pain of an abscessed tooth unless you given birth or lost a limb..(im just guessing those two are equal to it)
Getting a deep gash in my knee in a hot tub and, prepare yourself, busting my left ball on a friend's bike. I'm serious. I can still have kids though, as its mildly working and the other is in perfect condition. It gets sore sometimes though, it sucks.

The only time that I can remember was when I was stretching in the passenger seat of my grandparents car and my uncle closed the door and... My thumb (right hand) got stuck for like...2 minutes I believe. I didn't scream or anything I just flailed my left arm and tried to pull out my thumb. My uncle saw my struggling and opened the door and my thumb was swollen purple.Yuck
I had a bladder infection one time and at it's worst point (for several hours) it felt like my balls were tied in a knot. I almost couldn't breathe. There was no way to escape the pain no matter how I was sitting or laying down. Another time was when I was wrestling with a friend and both our big toes collided. My toe swelled up purple and the pain was unbearable for the rest of that day. A week later I stumbled down the stairs and jammed it in the exact same spot, making the pain continue for another couple of weeks.
umm i broke my pinky this year playing bball, lmao xD dislocating my big toe? when i was diving o.o it was wierd. hitting my head with the sharp part of a car door (dont ask how that happned) and it fractured my skulll and was all bloody :D
I broke my ankle when I was 15. Breaking a bone doesn't actually hurt that bad, it's more strange... your body floods with natural pain killers, so it's not too bad. What really hurts is when those painkillers start to wear off and the feeling starts coming back... the pain is horrible. I felt like my leg was on fire for about eighteen hours.
