Where is your brother/his father? He needs to hear from his father that what he is doing is wrong. If he is not present/dead, he needs to be asked if his father would approve.

Other than that, dont do anything. Stay out of it.

Convince his mother to call the police. There is really nothing else you can do right now, unless you want to try threatening him.

You should sit down and have a talk with him and tell him that what he's doing is wrong and that it's negatively effecting everybody he lives with, even the litttler kid's are struggling because of it. If he still doesn't care then you could threaten him and say if he continues with what he's doing you're going to get outside sources involved (even if it's just BS) or deal with him yourself and if he continues then I'd say go for it, beat the crap out of him but don't kill him because it's not worth it.

btw people say physical violence doesn't work but I think scaring him into not treating his family like crap would work. If the mother is really the type that says "he does it cause he loves me" like you say then chances are you will risk having her turn on you aswell. There probably isn't much you can do but I think it's a risk worth taking to teach the kid a lesson.

The police can't do anything based on a claim. She would have to call the police after ithappens so evidence can be recorded.And the mother would probably do whatever she couldtokeepher baby out of juvi, like they always do. So she won't call the police.

Simple solution, get someone muscular, huge, and most of all, imposing. Beat that kid's ass.

Another solution, call the police. There are other ways, but this kid sounds foolish and not level headed. When he's backed into a corner, he might lash out. At least the cops should be able to physically handle him.

Using something like a stun gun for anything other than self defense is a serious crime. It's more serious than just beating someone up. Tools such as stun guns are not to be abused. The abuse of them is not taken lightly.

Weak. I dunno what to tell you, as that's not Palantas' area of expertise. Usually, when I need to deel with a situation I don't know a lot about, I try to find someone who does. So...maybe try to find like a family counselor or someone like that to talk to about the situation. Maybe they can give an informed opinion.

Don't hurt him yourself, you are just going to get into trouble and I know it may sound cool beating a kid up, but its really not something you should do. Just call the cops, because if you beat him up, what if he tells someone about it and you end up in big trouble? I know its not right, but that's just how things go.

Thats the thing though, in this sort of situation you've gotta use way more aggression then that. I doubt he'd stop or even care because someone told him to be nicer to people, you know?

Its a tough descsion OP, beating him could make him feel even angrier and add this resentment towards you which makes him want to rebel more. And then what are ya gonna do?

It could go either way, so I don't think theres really a right way to do this man... just gotta go with the instincts and gut feeling on this.

Bro if you fight him, you're a man. If you fight him for a lady and minors; you're a gentleman. If you want to stay a gentleman, fight like a gentleman; you must keep in mind however much of an **** he may be, he's 16. So yeah; a little pushing and a few slapping will do.
