Well since I'm a boy, I will not ever be proposed to (I'm straight to, so don't try that card either :P). I do plan on getting married at some point, but not until I'm done with undergrad studies.
By the way, your soon-to-be husband is very clever. That's a pretty awesome way to propose.

Congratz I guess, but I've noticed people tend to be happily together for years and when they get married they usually divorce, from my family's experience anyway.
I'm 19 in a great relationship and we both have no intentions of getting married, we think it's pointless.

In a sense it is, as (depending on state/country) you become common-law after living together for a set amount of time and after that point marriage is nothing more than a formality.

Thats the homosexual part that he was confused about, anyway, congrats tc. I havent been proposed to yet (im 16), but i dread the day ill have to step up and propose as its usually the male who proposes. :(
